Employment Information

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and online presence.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Create content calendars and schedule posts in line with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, and project teams to develop creative and engaging content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Run and monitor social media advertising campaigns where required.
  • Support the promotion of company projects, events, products, and services through digital platforms.
  • Monitor online reputation and manage customer feedback across social media channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines.
  • Generate ideas and recommendations to improve audience engagement and digital marketing performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media tools, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a reputable organization.
  • Proven experience creating and executing social media content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X Twitter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.
  • Experience with video creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing social media advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing principles is an added advantage.
