Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Manage staffing requests, bookings, cancellations, and attendance confirmations via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact during rostered out-of-hours shifts, ensuring seamless service and effective shift handovers.
- Handle payroll-related queries and liaise with internal departments to resolve operational matters.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records on the CRM, ensuring all interactions are captured and updated.
- Build and maintain a pool of available healthcare professionals through proactive outbound calls and database management.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly, provide shift updates, and prepare handover reports.
- Promote SD Recruitment's services while supporting client retention and business growth.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Sales, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform additional operational duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, Call Centre, Recruitment Support, or a similar role.
- Willingness to work rostered shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and telephone skills.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in out-of-hours medical recruitment will be advantageous.
