Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor, assess, and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
- Operate and monitor specialised ICU equipment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection prevention and quality standards.
- Support patients and their families by providing compassionate, patient-centred care.
Minimum Requirements:- Registered as a Professional Nurse with the relevant Nursing Council.
- Approximately 2 years' experience working in an Intensive Care Unit.
- Sound knowledge of ICU nursing practices and patient management.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
