Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Operate and monitor advanced ICU equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection prevention and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:- Registered as a Professional Nurse with the relevant Nursing Council - SANC.
- ICU qualification or accredited ICU training.
- Minimum of 2 years' ICU nursing experience (preferred).
- Excellent clinical, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
